As a result of the CVS case, OCR has posted new FAQs that address the HIPAA Privacy Rule requirements for disposal of protected health information.
Nargas, from Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College in Highgate, received pounds 2,500 from exam board OCR along with five other West Midlands students.
