For instance, chapter one discusses how to make a proper objection and the procedures necessary to have the objection sustained and upheld on appeal.
In other words, were a jockey, a trainer or an owner to appeal against a decision by the stewards to void a race, and were that objection sustained, then it is possible for not only the penalties to be waived, but for the race to be reinstated.
