INTRODUCTION Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) is a common disease among adults and children, and it is characterized by recurrent complete or partial obstruction of the upper airways, mainly oropharynx, during sleep, deterioration of artery blood gas and increasing inspiratory effort to provide airway permanence [1].
Another 2% of young children will suffer from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), which is being recognized as a serious medical problem.
ABSTRACT Objective: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a syndrome defined frequently by decrease in arterial oxygen saturation and repeated upper airway obstruction episodes during sleep.
