Delicious and well-priced, it has a striking elderflower bouquet, with pungent flavours of ripe Ogen melon and white grapefruit.
Try serving a combination of ogen melon and mango either as a cocktail with a little liqueur such as creme de menthe poured over it or as a salsa chopped into little cubes and mixe d with chopped spring onions - perhaps a little fresh chopped chilli and fresh chopped coriander or mint.
