ARisotto Milanese, the classic partner to veal ossobuco, should be a standard risotto flavoured with saffron and finished with butter and parmesan.
My main course, Milanese Ossobuco, proved a fantastic interpretation of this classic Italian dish.
For me is the Ossobuco Alla Milanese, a fantastic veal dish but not very popular.
