A joint statement by the NPHS and Wrexham council said: "The outbreak investigation team has ruled out other possible sources of infection and considers a food premises to be the most likely source.
For this edition, the book title has been changed from Quick Reference to Outbreak Investigation and Control in Health Care Facilities (chapter titles have also been changed), and infection and prevention measures have been updated and expanded.
