Major pan-Arab movements have been disgraced or have proven ineffective.
The themes include the future of the Near East, secret springs of the pan-Arab movement, Ibn Saud and Pan-Arabia, and Europe and the stages of the pan-Arab movement.
I of course use the word visionary as the founding member of the Pan-Arab Movement truly did have a vision for the Arab world, as opposed to the now commonplace and insipid use of the word vision to try and lend gravitas to any half-baked or recycled idea or scheme.
