By focusing on research and PhDs to determine social contributions, you rather seriously distort the rankings of liberal arts colleges--some really wonderful, social-mobility-promoting schools like Pitzer and Warren Wilson are way down in the rankings.
Dr Mujahid Kamran said out of total 775 regular and contract teachers only 250 were PhDs with a 32 percentage and PU was striving to increase this number.
Dr Mujahid told the lecturers that currently there were 634 regular teachers in PU out of which only 205 were PhDs with a ratio of 32%.
