Abstract Recent injuries and fatalities among students due to the use of physical restraint procedures in schools, and the resulting media attention and litigation have started to place pressure on many state and local education agencies to develop policies or guidelines concerning their use in schools.
MSF strives to raise public awareness by showing in this second exhibition (the first one was organized 2 years ago) the reality experienced by these TB patients after release from prison: free from physical restraint, they are still not free from this disease which has been inadvertently added to their sentence.
How much has your facility reduced use of physical restraints over the past few years?
