Byline: TONY McDONOUGH NORTH WEST developer and investor Morley Estates has gained planning consent for phase one of Empress Park, in Haydock.
This will no doubt be welcomed by developers, particularly those who have sites with planning consent they do not currently have the means to invest in bringing forward.
DETAILED planning consent has been granted by Middlesbrough Council's planning committee for two homes to be built at the back of the Whitehouse in Church Lane, Acklam, Middlesbrough.
