Roman Polanski will not be released on bail before Monday, a Swiss justice ministry spokesman told AFP Friday, noting that authorities have not received the required bond of 4.
Polanski has been regarded as a fugitive by US authorities since he fled the United States in 1978 after admitting to having sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Obviously, Polanski had more in mind than taking pictures.
