One of Germany's richest women won a court case Thursday upholding a pre-nuptial agreement that denies her ex-husband a slice of her multi-million pound fortune.
It is widely reported that Andre signed a pre-nuptial agreement and while some areas of the Press say he will stand by that, the fact is he can still challenge the agreement as 'pre-nups' are not binding in English law.
The singer has also revealed to friends that he and Katie, 30, signed a pre-nuptial agreement before they wed three years ago.
