A garment that is worn in high-altitude aircraft or in spacecraft to compensate for low-pressure conditions.

(Engineering / Aeronautics) an inflatable suit worn by a person flying at high altitudes or in space, to provide protection from low pressure

1. Partial--A skin tight suit which does not completely enclose the body but which is capable of exerting pressure on the major portion of the body in order to counteract an increased intrapulmonary oxygen pressure.
2. Full--A suit which completely encloses the body and which a gas pressure, sufficiently above ambient pressure for maintenance of function, may be sustained.
