Years ago, I remember sweeping out the sawdust and scattered Rawl plugs from my dad's shed, padding out our plastic red sledge with cushions and setting up a bumble bee hospital on the old scarred workbench.
Most of them work at the prison's factory, packing rawl plugs and screws for a local firm under the supervision of their foreman - fellow lag Edmund.
Use a small drill bit to make a guide hole through the wood of the panel and into the fence post, or first drill a hole in the masonry and insert a rawl plug.
