His version of events, which essentially makes Malory a committed 'Yorkist' throughout the 1450s and 1460s, is up to a point plausible, and he repeats from an earlier article some interesting speculations connecting Malory with John Wenlock, a supporter of the Readeption, in the 1460s, but there really is very little evidence to underpin his interpretation.
