If you're a real yoga lover, for instance, I don't think this would be as good as going to an actual class with a proper supervisor, but it gives a good taster.
I feel fully chilled out and think I could be a real yoga pro.
Real yoga, an ancient practice that is part exercise, part stretching, and part meditation, turned out to be much deeper than a Hollywood movie about some elder sage or a TV show with a Spandex-covered host.
