Byline: ADAM JUPP RED diesel weasels are conning the taxman out of millions a year by filling up on the illegal fuel.
A Nissan flatbed truck, a Vauxhall Frontera, a Toyota Hi Lux, a Chrysler Grand Voyager and a Peugeot Boxer pick-up have been seized due to the use of red diesel, and the owners of a further five vehicles have paid on-the-spot fines ranging from pounds 200 to pounds 500 in relation to red diesel.
DRIVERS are being warned of the dangers of using illegal red diesel following a blitz in Warwickshire by Revenue and Customs officers.
