I was making my observations, when Ned and Conseil awoke almost at the same time, under the influence of this reviving air.
Everybody was celebrating the victory, everything was bubbling with life in the ruined but reviving city.
But she was still the same, and the sight of her affected him the same way, physically reviving him, stirring him, and filling his soul with rapture.
