The first class of Rhodes Scholars was in 1903 and the chosen few enter Britain's Oxford University to study for at least two-and-a-half years.
Byline: Eric Leach Staff Writer A Chatsworth violinist who became a paratrooper at West Point wound up on a list of 32 American students named Sunday as Rhodes scholars for 2000.
