The upper room remains divided in two: the room of the Last Supper and the ancient chapel of the Holy Spirit.
Just outside the walls near the Zion Gate is Mount Sion, which contains King David's Tomb, the room of the Last Supper and Dormition Abbey, traditionally the site of the Virgin Mary's death.
