Diesel technology has come a long way since Rudolph Diesel developed his engine in 1892.
00 (pa) Shortly before his mysterious death in 1923, motor engine inventor Rudolph Diesel argued that the "use of vegetable oils for engine fuels may seem insignificant today, but such oils may become, in the course of time, as important as petroleum and the coal-tar products of the present time.
RUDOLPH DIESEL invented the first engine that bears his name in the 1890s.
