I lived in Johnson Street and the Sally Army used to march to street to street playing and singing.
Ilaughed more at Whitney's wardrobe malfunction and Cheryl dressed up like MC Hammer in the Sally Army than I did watching the entire series of Happy Hollidays.
Regularly there would be the Salvation Army Band playing outside on the cobbled street, with the Sally Army girls selling copies of the War Cry newspaper.
