Byline: ANI Narayanpatna (Orissa), Nov 22 (ANI): The Orissa Government on Sunday ordered heavy deployment of security forces in Korapat Distrct following the death of two activists of the Maoist backed Chasi Mulia Adivasi Sangha (CMAS) outfit in Narayanpatna town.
Popular in the coastal areas of the southern state of Karnataka, as well as the Kasaragod district of Kerala, the art form is being brought to Bahrain by Kannada Sangha Bahrain.
On the contrary, modern schools for monks and novices, both those unrecognized and those passively recognized by the Sangha, including those which teach exclusively secular subjects and those run by outsiders, lay parties and even businessmen, enjoy a rapidly increasing number of monks and novices as their students to the dissatisfaction and out of the control of the Sangha administration.
