Oral isotretinoin tedavisi ile 2 aylik tedavi sonrasi lezyonlarin bir kisminda gerileme bildiren bir olgu sunumu olmakla birlikte, lezyonlarin bir bolumunun tedaviye ragmen sebat etmesi ki bu lezyonlar daha sonra cerrahi cikarimla tedavi edilmis (21), bu durum isotretinonin etkin tedavisinden cok akla spontan gerilemeyi getirmektedir.
Ikinci siklofosfamid pulse tedavisi oncesinde fizik muayenede sebat eden lenfadenopatiler nedeniyle tekrarlanan boyun lenfadenopati eksizyonel biyopsisinde perifolikuler, interfolikuler alanda lambda hafif zincir baskinligi gosteren plazmositik ve monositik diferansiyasyonlu monositik B hucreli lenfoma (nodal marginal zon lenfoma) saptandi.
Bu hastalarin sadece Tsinde bulgular sebat ettigi icin ve katilma nobetine ek olarak epileptik nobete yonelik anamnez de verdikleri icin antikonvulzan tedavi izlemde baslandi.
