Guru Padmasambhava is revered, as second Buddha in Sikkim, a state largely dominated by Buddhist population.
It is also the place from which Acharya Nagarjuna of Mahayana sect, considered as second Buddha hails.
He said second Buddha was born in Swat and that is the reason why the Valley region was rich with Buddhist relics.
