2 billion to two South Korean companies for stepping up oil refining capacity at the Ruwais refinery.
Minister Japarov met with representatives of South Korean companies KC Cottrell, HYUNDAI, and KOSPO, leading producers of wind generators and solar batteries, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Kyrgyzstan reported.
India will also let South Korean companies invest in the machinery, automaking and electronics sectors, the ministry said.
