Summary: A former Tunisian Secretary of State for Information and Permanent Representative of Tunisia to UNESCO, as well as the president of the Tunisian Association of Communication and Space Sciences (ATUCSS), Mr.
DeVorkin is the senior curator of astronomy and the space sciences at the Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum.
He will represent the project team in liaison with the astronomy, space sciences and amateur astronomical community in the UAE, and play an active advisory role in the execution of the project up to its completion.
