A Greek spinach pie made with layers of phyllo and a filling of seasoned spinach, onions and scallions, feta, and sometimes eggs.

The chicken piccata from Ristorante Via Alto 27 (Clinton), the pork pot stickers from Cyprian Keyes Golf Club (Boylston), the spanikopita from The Manor (West Boylston) and both the chicken and beef dishes at Ixtapa Mexican restaurant and Cantina (Lunenburg) all offered nice ethnic flavors.
