FLINTSHIRE Council, anxious to show it's not a po-faced, PC authority, has given up attempting to rechristen the canteen's Spotted Dick as Spotted Richard.
A COUNCIL canteen in Wales has changed the name of Spotted Dick to Spotted Richard so nobody is offended.
We then spotted Richard who was quite handsome but, like a number of great actors, on the short side, having an equal lack of success.
