The house in Lanchester, County Durham, used to be the station and station master's house and comes with a 110m platform and a goods yard - now the garden.
Passing the former station master's house on our left, we catch sight of houses and factories at Hunwick and, as we pass a strip of water, properties at Low Rough Lea come into view.
Civic society members are also considering plaques for Roy Castle's house in Scholes, the station master's house and Lower Mill in Holmfirth, along with other suites - possibly Town Hall/Drill Hall.
