I have changed sleeping pills from Zimovane to Stilnoct, which I thought would do wonders for my insomnia - I thought wrong; also our Portuguese, Maria, who comes three times a week to rearrange the dust, is on holiday.
The list included the illegal dance club drug GHB, a "high dosage" of anti-depressant Effexor and Stilnoct sleeping tablets.
