NYSE: TEN) announced that the company was notified by NYSE Regulation that it is in compliance with the NYSE continued listing requirement that pertains to market capitalization and stockholder's equity, effective June 1, 2009.
The Company has been working through a Plan of Compliance regarding a level of stockholder's equity and profitability consistent with the requirements of the AMEX Company Guide and continued listing requirements.
If the holders were to convert their notes for common stock the Company would be above the $10 million stockholder's equity requirement.
