On our place, for example, I've found blewitts and wine cap stropharia growing in mulches in the forest garden and elsewhere.
Some such as oyster mushroom are cultivated like shiitake, others like blewits and stropharia can be grown in landscape and garden mulches.
They specialize in exotic varieties such as stropharia, maitake and reishi, but shiitake is clearly their favorite.
