R& AW and hurting THE report that seven Additional Secretary rank officers of the country's external intelligence agency, the Research & Analysis Wing, have gone on leave to protest their supersession by an Indian Police Service officer, Avdesh Mathur, is yet another confirmation of the poor management of the country's security services.
The new notification has been issued by the Election Commission, in supersession of the Commissions earlier notification of even number dated June 10, 2009.
