I had a brush today with The End Of The World As We Know It (let's call it the TEOTWAWKI moment) as I joined scientists and other journalists at the start-up of the world's mightiest atom-smasher.
The result would be TEOTWAWKI (The End of the World as We Know It), said many commentators.
1, 2000, the world would never be the same: The End of the World as We Knew It, or TEOTWAWKI.
