A city of southwest Russia on the Gulf of Taganrog, an arm of the Sea of Azov. Originally a colony of Pisa, it was annexed by Russia in 1769. Population: 273,000.

In Part IV, survey responses collected from employees in nine workplaces Taganrog, Russia, in 1992, and twenty-four workplaces in Moscow, Taganrog, and Volgograd, Russia, in 1995 are compared.
