The two-year pooled meta-analysis was intended to estimate the incidence of low frequency events or outcomes in key subgroups, and included 892 patients randomized to the PROMUS (XIENCE V) Stent and 410 patients treated with the TAXUS Stent.
The Appeals Court reversed the District Court with respect to the TAXUS Liberte Stent and instructed the District Court to dismiss with prejudice the infringement claims against the TAXUS Liberte Stent.
