Finally, Wolters Kluwer has purchased Telesoftware y Servicios and ISP Infoservice, Jointly known as Telesoftware (Madrid), a provider of tax compliance tools and payroll software for the tax and human resources markets in Spain.
Rapid advances have made possible a whole range of new data services, including remote data processing, access to data bases, telesoftware, electronic mail, telebanking and videotex, as well as the remote execution of computer-aided design, computer-aided manufacturing, computer-aided engineering, inventory control, industrial diagnois and maintenance and other industrial activities.
