Byline: ANI Melbourne, June 8 (ANI): The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has allowed well-behaved prisoners to receive conjugal visits, becoming the second jurisdiction in the country to allow such visits from partners.
The Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court accepted that the document was going to the right people because the couple's Facebook accounts included their names, dates of birth and listed each other as "friends".
