Muscat, Nov 22 (ONA)- The Joint Omanization Committee at the printing press sector has held its second meeting under the chairmanship of Abdullah bin Nasser al Rahbi, CEO of Oman Establishment for Press, Publication and Advertising and Chairman of the Committee.
IN 1976 the College of Arts and Technology in Newcastle held an open week as part of the 500th anniversary of the printing press, introduced to Britain by William Caxton.
We can't deny that the surge in the information flow witnessed in our world today has put the printing press in tough competition with the other audio-visual and digital media offerings.
