Byline: TONY McDONOUGH DEVELOPER Kenmore will today unveil its pounds 5m refurbishment of the eight-storey No 1 Tithebarn in Liverpool's central business district.
The pageant begins at 12pm at Pall Mall, going along Tithebarn Street, Moorfields, Dale Street, Sir Thomas Street, Whitechapel, Lord Street, Castle Street, Exchange Street East, Tithebarn Street and Pall Mall.
The pat on the back was handed to residents of Tithebarn Road, Rug-eley, after they alerted police to two suspected conmen knocking on doors and claiming to be roofing workers.
