He describes how Haiti's dictator Francois Duvalier was caught in the middle while Dominican Republic dictator Generalissimo Rafael Trujillo Molina saw him as a dangerous communist.
For Trujillo, the encounter is entirely self-serving and callous: He had agreed to the young daughter of Senator Agustin Cabral coming to Mahogany House only to prove that Rafael Leonidas Trujillo Molina, despite his seventy years, despite his prostate problems, despite his headaches with priests, Yankees, Venezuelans, conspirators, was still a real man, a stud with a prick that could still get hard and break all the virgin cherries that came his way.
It is a work that recounts with gruesome detail and dramatic intensity the last days of the dictatorship of the Dominican tyrant Rafael Leonidas Trujillo Molina.
