Ultra-filtration In this method of filtration, water is passed through an ultrafilter which acts like a molecular sieve.
A recent example is our point-of-use ultrafilter developed to remove bacterial alkaline phosphatase.
This phenomenon, sometimes called "kickout," can cause ultrafilter and bag filter fouling, plus it can lead to rough horizontal surfaces on the painted parts.
