Steven Vincent Colton, 53, was a history and politics teacher at Sullivan Upper School in Holywood, Co Down, when the police raided his home in January last year.
The pounds 8,600-a-year college is restructuring its Upper School amid falling pupil numbers, expected to drop from 533 to 420 within three years.
