I WOULD like to congratulate Mr Tudur Roberts, Blaenau Ffestiniog, on his project regarding the water turbine which has been in operation for 32 years.
Of the thousands of wind turbines to be situated off our coast none of them will incorporate water turbines in the base structures.
uk CAPTION(S): Tudor Roberts, 82, generates his own hydro-electricity at home in Blaenau Ffestiniog using the River Bowydd and a water turbine shed at the bottom of his garden.
