YOU WILL NEED * Sturdy box with a lid * Large can with the top removed (to use as a candleholder) * Candle and matches (ask an adult to handle these) * Non-perishable food, such as canned nuts, fruit bars, dried fruit * Blanket * Extra hats and gloves * Deck of cards and a couple of books * Sand or kitty litter (to help with traction if car gets DIRECTIONS Work with a grown-up to assemble your weather box and find a place for it in the trunk of your car.
