A DISABLED teenager has won a landmark victory against his bank over wheelchair access.
Work began in November of 2008 on renovating the house to include wider hallways, lowered countertops, better electric and air conditioning functions, and even new landscaping, siding and a concrete ramp for wheelchair access.
Less than half of rail stations in Wales offer wheelchair access to the platform and the train, and rail bosses say it could cost tens of millions of pounds to improve accessibility at sites across Wales.
