But the High Court heard yesterday Mr Leckey is prepared to issue a witness summons - regardless of how effective it proves to be.
The 21-year-old, from St Ives, Cornwall, had previously been served with a witness summons to give evidence in a case at Truro Crown Court and after ignoring the order, a warrant was issued for her arrest for contempt of court.
