Byline: Donna Boynton UXBRIDGE - A write-in candidate who led an underground campaign in the days leading up to yesterday's annual election appears to have won a seat on the Board of Selectmen, though the official results will not be known until all of the write-in ballots are counted.
The Code of Virginia has held since 2002 that all federal write-in ballots with an application require a witness' signature and an address to be counted.
