Since 2010, the family has acquired approximately 64 hectares of land, 21 of which are under vine, divided among Serralunga d'Alba, the heart of
Barolo, Perletto in Alta Langa, Incisa Scapaccino and Castelnuovo Calcea in Monferrato.
Grapes like
Barolo and Barbaresco are served with local dishes: countless starters, homemade pasta like tajarin and ravioli al "plin", fassone tartare, PDO cheeses, desserts made with "Tonda Gentile di Langa" IGP hazelnuts and, last but not least, the Alba White Truffle.
I lean towards aged Nebbiolo such as Barbaresco or
Barolo.

Barolo of the south".

Barolo sauce-topped of course with the white truffle of Alba.
Falser's visit begins on May 5 with a seven course opening meal paired with a wine selected by Alessandro Vallecchi of Marchesi di
Barolo Wineries.
